About the Studio
Yoga and mindful movement for all
Alissa Rickborn (PhD, MA, E-RYT 200) has been a registered yoga teacher for 6 years. She has taught over 1000 hours of classes in Flow Yoga, Ashtanga, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and therapeutic movement. Her approach to yoga draws from traditional yoga practices, dance, Pilates, and functional movement theory.

Her classes will both delight and challenge you as you work towards improving and understanding more about you own strength and flexibility.

She believes that yoga is a practice that can help you recharge, allowing you to walk though life with a little bit more love, patience, and understanding. <3
